If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@ladnut.us and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. Because our products are consumable supplements, you do not need to ship the item back for the happiness guarantee — just tell us what went wrong.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Subscriptions
You can skip, pause, or cancel a subscription anytime before your next billing date from your account. Orders already processed follow this refund policy.
